Payment Methods

GripTeez currently uses Google Checkout and PayPal to process payments. You may use your credit card with either processor without having to sign up for an account with that processor.


All In-Stock items will ship within 1 business day via the selected shipping method provided that all payment information checks out. The shipping method you choose will quote a delivery time, please note that this timeline refers to TRAVEL time ONCE SHIPPED, not the time from when you place your order.

We reserve the right to substitute shipping methods when the cost is beneficial to us and the delivery time to you doesn't change or improves. We reserve the right to scrutinize and reject any order for any reason. If orders are being shipped to an address other than the billing address for their payment, we reserve the right to decline the order. All shipments are insured. We take no responsibility for shipment delays where the carrier is at fault.

Custom Sneakers

All custom sneakers will be shipped seperately from other items in your order. There may be an additional shipping surcharge for custom sneakers. Please allow 2-4 weeks for the creation of your custom sneaker. Custom sneaker orders are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Refunds, Returns, Exchanges.

Refunds will be issued in, and only in, the event that an item can not be delivered to you. Returns will only be accepted with an RMA#. To get an RMA#, please contact us BEFORE sending the item back. Describe the item(s), and the reason for return. RMAs must be requested within 7 days of receipt of item(s). Due to the nature of DVDs, DVDs will only be EXCHANGED for the same item. All other approved returns may be exchanged for other items on the site (store credit).
Orders returned to us due to bad addressing or similar issues will be cancelled and a refund will be issued for the amount of the order minus shipping (and return in the case of Standard Shipped packages) and a 10% restocking fee.
Effective 11/27/2007 we will no longer be accepting returns or exchanges due to sizing issues. We urge all customers to view our sizing chart before placing their order.


From time to time we may become backordered on popular (or unpopular) items. In such cases, the current status of the item will be made available to you. Should you wish to cancel the backordered items, we will issue a full refund.
